Constricta Multi Pot Grip Safety and Use Disclaimer 

The Constricta Multi Pot Grip is designed to hold two containers within an approximate diameter range of 80mm to 115mm, including common 1 pint to 1 quart tins, and to help keep containers secure and within reach in elevated work areas or trenches. It is intended for use by trained users in trade environments.

Use at Your Own Risk

You are responsible for determining whether the product is suitable for your specific application and work conditions. Before each use, confirm the product is undamaged, correctly positioned, and that containers are fully seated and secure. Do not use the product if it is cracked, deformed, loose, or shows reduced holding strength.

Limitations and Safe Handling

The Constricta Multi Pot Grip does not eliminate hazards associated with working at height, around chemicals, or on active job sites. Always follow the solvent manufacturer’s instructions and all applicable safety rules, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment and ensuring labels remain visible and readable. Do not use the product outside its intended purpose or container size range, or in any situation where its use may compromise safety.

Temperature and Impact Warning

Material performance may vary based on temperature, impact, UV exposure, chemical exposure, and other environmental conditions. In freezing or near-freezing conditions, plastics can become more brittle and may crack or break if dropped, struck, or forced. The Constricta Multi Pot Grip may not be suitable for use in extremely low temperatures. Inspect the product regularly, and do not use it if it has been exposed to freezing conditions and shows any cracking, deformation, or reduced holding strength. Discontinue use immediately if damaged.

Labels and Chemical Safety

The open design helps keep container labels visible, but it is the user’s responsibility to ensure containers are correctly labelled and handled safely. Always follow the chemical manufacturer’s instructions, including ventilation requirements and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment. The Constricta Multi Pot Grip does not provide protection against chemical hazards.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebend Industries and its officers, employees, contractors, manufacturers, and distributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, Rebend Industries total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product.
